1. Can I make my reservation online ?

Yes. Click on the reservations page on the website and fill out the information. Within a few minutes you will receive your confirmation and a confirmation email and phone call.

2. Can I open a corporate account with All Star Limo ?

Yes. If you click on the rates and reservation page on the website you can create an account with us.

3. What advantages come with opening a corporate account?

The advantages of opening an account with us is you are able to manage it anywhere and anytime. You are able to view up to the minute statuses of reservations, add multiple passengers to your account, store locations, credit cards & more.

4. What are your regular business hours?

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year for your convenience.

5. What form of payments do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards, check by phone and cash.

6. How far in advanced do I need to make my reservation ?

We prefer you book at least 24 hours in advance, but you may make a
reservation within 2-3 hours of requested pick up time.

7. How does the gratuity for the driver work ?

The gratuity is based on your satisfaction. You may give the drivers
gratuity at the end of your reservation and you may add it to your credit card if you would like.

8. What is the cancellation policy?

Client authorizes All Star Limousine, Inc. to charge the credit card on file at the time of booking via Authorize net and agrees that if run is canceled for any reason prior to or during the run that no refund will be issues, no exceptions. If run is terminated early, no refund will be issued, as all fees are deemed earned when paid.

9. How do I confirm my reservation ?

You may call the office at 866-838-5466 to confirm your reservation.

10. How long has All Star Limo been in business ?

All Star Limousine has been in limousine business for 10 years.

11. What fees do you charge to the reservation ?

We do not charge any fees to make a reservation.

12. How can I receive a quote ?

You can check out our website and do an online quote or call our office 866-838-5466 and our customer service representative would be happy to provide you with a quote.

13. Do I need to have a credit to make a reservation?

You do need a valid credit card to hold the reservation.

14. Do you do airport transfers ?

Yes, airport transfers are our specialty.

15. Where will my driver meet me at the airport ?

He can meet you curbside or at baggage claim. If you do not request
baggage claim then he will automatically meet you curbside.

16. If my flight number happens to change should I let you know ?

Please call our office 866-838-5466 and let us know right away so we can inform our driver of the changes.

17. How far in advanced should I book my airport transfer ?

We prefer you book at least 24 hours in advance, but you may take a
reservation within 2-3 hours of requested pick up time

18. Is it more expensive to get picked up at the airport ?

Yes simply because it takes more time.

19. What kind of vehicles does your company have ?

We have all kinds of vehicles from Sedans and Mercedes to Lincoln
Stretch Limousines to Excursions and Hummers in all sizes.

20. What areas do you service ?

We service all of Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County.

21. What colors are the vehicles ?

We have vehicles in black and white. Checkout our full fleet

22. What amenities come standard in the vehicles ?

All of our stretch limousines come standard with color televisions,
CD/DVD players, dual privacy patrician, complimentary stocked wet bar, and fiber optic lighting. Checkout our full fleet

23. Can I make a special request ?

With advance notice you can make a special request and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

24. What kind of drinks are in the vehicles ?

The vehicles are stocked with liquor, sodas, water, and ice. There is
also plenty of glassware and napkins available. If the function is for
minors the liquor will be pulled from the vehicles.

25. Is there a charge for the drinks ?

There is no charge for the drinks inside the vehicle.

26. When do I get billed ?

If paying with a credit card it will be billed one week prior to the event. If paying with cash an authorization will be run for the total
amount and you can pay cash up front to the driver the day of the reservation.

27. Is there a minimum hour requirement ?

Sunday through Thursday there is a 2 hour minimum. Saturday days there is a 4 hour minimum whereas Saturday afternoon through the evening there is a 5 hour minimum. During Prom / Wedding Season minimums on Saturday can increase to 8 hours.

28. Can I request a certain driver ?

You can put in a request for a certain driver and we will do everything possible to process your request.

29. Do you charge for each stop ?

We do not charge for each stop the driver makes. The rate is a flat rate with no hidden fees or surcharges.

30. How are the drivers dressed ?

All drivers are dressed up in suits.

31. How many limousines do you have in your fleet ?

We have over 100 vehicles available for booking.

32. Does my time start at my door or your door ?

The time starts when the driver arrives at your door.

33. Do I have to pay for parking fees or other incidental fees ?

You are responsible for all additional fees such as parking or any other additional costs or services.

34. What are the terms and conditions ?

All money is to be collected at the beginning of the run. Any overtime
will be billed at the prevailing rate. All overtime will be billed in
1-hour increments. Client waives any/all claims of liability, loss, injury, damage, or theft and agrees to pay all credit card charges in full without any dispute/chargeback rights regardless of claim.  Client agrees that he/she is satisfied with all terms of service mentioned in this agreement.  No hanging out of the sunroof is permitted. Doing so will lead to immediate termination of the run with no refunds. Smoking is also prohibited in the limousines. Client agrees to maintain a full legal posture during course of service.

Client accepts full liability for client, client’s guests, and/or client affiliation. Client is responsible for any and all damages to the limousine and will be charged at the following rates: $350 Vomiting, $550 each cigarette burn, $350 gum/glitter on the carpet, $50 each broken/missing glass. decanter $600 Missing/Damage Emergency Exit. Company cannot be held responsible in any way for traffic conditions, flight delay, or mechanical difficulty, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.

All runs which are for mutiple days with branded/wrapped vehicles will be billed in 1 hour increments 24 hours a day until all logos/trademarks are removed.

BOOK ANY LIMOUSINE MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY FOR 6 OR MORE HOURS AND GET 2 HOURS FREE.
